Cooking Class - Adult Class: Chef John's Spring Pasta Favourites
What you'll do
Spring is the perfect time to embrace fresh, vibrant cooking. Think green in every sense: seasonal ingredients, lighter dishes, and a more mindful approach to the way we eat. Let Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela guide you through a journey of plant-based pasta and sauces. We will begin by making the Chef's signature tomato sauce to enjoy. The class will continue with creamy pasta e ceci (chickpea); Italian garlicky pasta primavera with a mixture of vegetables; fettuccine with wild mushrooms la Terra; and a vegan caramelized onion and chili oil pasta. All the flavour, no meat!
